Our wine list is an invitation to discover Sicily, but not only...
The wine list is extensive, now boasting over 400 labels, 70-75% of which are Sicilian, with 58 Marsalas being rare, or perhaps even unique. Forty percent of the total are natural wines, and this research has led to the French app "Raisin" listing the restaurant among the area's top restaurants, creating a significant tourism channel.

Both the terrace and the courtyard are popular destinations for an aperitif with raw fish, the delicacies of the Favignana tuna fishery, and a view of the sunset, where a thousand shades of blue, azure, orange, and fiery red blend together, a spectacle capable of captivating even the least romantic hearts.

Emanuele grew up surrounded by the flavors of home and his grandmothers, and after completing his studies at hotel management school, he took his first steps in the kitchen at various hospitality establishments before taking over the restaurant at the Trinacria Hotel in San Vito Lo Capo. There, he was fortunate enough to be noticed by producers of the television program "La Prova del Cuoco," and served as the star for two years, in 2005 and 2007.
In 2009, the idea of opening "LE LUMIE" in Marsala was born, where Emanuele decided to express his idea of simple, locally sourced cuisine. Passionate about the art of baking and fine leavened products, Emanuele favors freshness, authenticity, and quality without excessive and sometimes superfluous transformations, because the Earth is the first and best ingredient in every dish.
