Tiziana FrancoforteExecutive Chef
Tiziana Francoforte, born in 1987, trained as a sous chef at Gagini alongside Mauricio Zillo from 2020 to 2021, and was at the helm of Aja Mola until 2026.
The experience she has gained is immediately apparent, blending with a truly Sicilian welcome, where professionalism runs parallel to the intimacy created by the Chef's visits to the table between courses, never invasive and above all genuine and attentive. It's not a ritual, it never feels contrived; the truth is that Tiziana cares, and truly does. It's precisely this philosophy that has brought her back this time as Executive Chef at Gagini Restaurant.
