Damiano Ferraro Chef Patron of Chapter One represents the Sicilian spirit in whimsy and in the sense of hospitality. His experiences in this area began in Switzerland in Gstaadt, then in Grindelwald, at Le Richemond in Geneva, at the Hermitage in Zurich; and then continue to England at The Dorchester in London and Le Gavroche of the Roux brothers. Also important is the collaboration with the patron Ezio Santin at the Antica Osteria del ponte in Cassinetta di Lugagnano. A wealth of knowledge and experiences that he has transferred to his dishes.A suitcase chock full of knowledge and rich in experiences that has proven to transfer into his dishes.
