Giovanni & Salvatore Cappello

Master confectioners Salvatore and Giovanni Cappello, respectively father and son, are at the helm of the renowned 50 year-old family-run pastry shop in Palermo. Urged by an uncle to start a pastry shop, Salvatore wasted no time progressing in his craft, becoming a Master Pastry Chef and Master Chocolatier. Following in his footsteps is his son Giovanni, who has participated in various international competitions dedicated to the world of pastry.
